Alice Strange is a UK-based alternative and quirky pop artist, blending electronic production with theatrical visuals and immersive storytelling. Her music explores power, social commentary, identity and emotion through a whimsical and sometimes darkly imaginative lens.

Formerly performing as Alice's Night Circus, Alice is classically trained and began her career in classical performance before evolving into her distinctive alternative pop sound. Alongside music, she built a successful career as a fashion and jewellery designer, a visual background that continues to shape her striking aesthetic and live performances. Her songwriting journey was further developed through working with Ivor Novello Award-winning songwriter and producer Eliot Kennedy at Steelworks Studios.

Her debut album, Metamorphose, introduced a world of apocalyptic fairy tales, steampunk influences and dark pop, laying the foundations for the creative evolution that became Alice Strange, a project offering greater artistic freedom to explore theatrical, fantasy-inspired alternative pop.

Living with M.E./Fibromyalgia since the age of 17 has profoundly influenced Alice's songwriting, inspiring music centred on transformation, perseverance and finding strength through adversity. She has built a dedicated following within the alternative and steampunk communities, with performances including Zandari Festa (Seoul, South Korea), Liverpool Sound City, Whitby Pavilion, Lincoln Engine Shed, Lincoln Asylum Steampunk Festival and Fantasy Forest Festival, alongside support from BBC Introducing.

Now entering a bold new creative chapter, Alice is expanding her cinematic, theatrical sound with music that encourages listeners to embrace their individuality, reclaim their power and find beauty in transformation. Her new single, Heal, released on 21 August, marks the beginning of this next era, combining soaring alternative pop with a message of resilience, self-acceptance and hope.
